We understand that in some cases, you may need to return or refund products. In order to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services, we have established the following return and refund policy.
- Return conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following requirements:
The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt;
The product must be in unused, undamaged condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, all accessories and invoice or proof of purchase;
Customized products or special items are not eligible for return unless the product has quality problems.
- Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return policy:
Used or damaged products;
Products without original packaging;
Special promotion items, customized items, gift cards, etc.
- Return process
If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Packaging and Return: Please package the product properly and ship it to the specified return address. We recommend using a trackable logistics service to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
- Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time: We will process the refund within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be refunded to the original payment account.
Refund Amount: If the return meets the policy requirements, we will refund the full amount of the merchandise you paid, but the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to product defect or company error.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs on the original order are not refundable unless the product is defective. - Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received was damaged during shipping or has quality defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide photos of the damage and relevant information. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you according to the situation. - Cancelling an Order
